Qualified family members providing in- home and community supports to their loved ones with special needs can now earn up to $18/hr (State of Pennsylvania only) from Personal Home Care Agency of PA. Must have an ODP funding Waiver such as PFDS, Community Living Waiver and Consolidated Waiver are all acceptable.

To support family members with intellectual disabilities, Persona Home Care Agency of PA is providing an unique opportunity to qualified family members. They can now earn up to $18/hr (State of Pennsylvania only) by providing in-home and community support to their loved ones with special needs. This opportunity is applicable to ALL participants with an ODP Waiver in the State of Pennsylvania only.

Personal Home Care Agency of PA/ PHCA is a non-medical social services agency that focuses on providing support services to adult adults with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Physical Disabilities in the State of Pennsylvania.

Our highly trained staff assists adults in navigating, understanding, and obtaining the resources they require to live independently in their homes and communities.

Housing, community resources, employment opportunities, supported living, and family caregiver training, all the services geared towards independence through PHCA.

To support when in need, PHCA provides families with emergency funding that can be utilized for security deposits, rent, basic utilities. They also provide training for the family members. PHCA provides family caretakers with compensation of up to $18 per hour (State of Pennsylvania only), including their training time.
