Meet Michelle Perez, Miss Florida Ambassador US Nation 2022
Michelle Perez, who goes by her artistic name Sage, has been modeling for the past 2 years. Sage’s motivation to begin modeling came from helping a family member who was on set and couldn’t make it, so she went to take their place. She has been loving every minute of her career since that one accident. Sage believes the modeling industry is about creating art, displaying skills, and living out passions.

As Miss Florida Ambassador US Nation 2022; she is using her title as a stepping stone to help her build her modeling career further. Sage will also work with a wide range of designers, photographers, and creators through her title and in both industries. She is also a makeup artist and plans to further her career in makeup artistry as well after she graduates from beauty school.
Sage’s platform as a titleholder is to encourage young people to embrace their true selves and win. Sage believes being kind is more important than anything. She dreams of one day walking the runway for companies, such as Gucci, Fendi, Michael Kors, and Coach. Sage has a passion for the runway. She is extremely grateful if a designer sees her and says, “I want her in my clothes.”
Her biggest wish is to break the stereotype that models and pageant queens don’t eat and are supposed to be “perfect.” Observing models and beauty queens, she has learned that they can eat. It is not wrong to eat a whole burger; being perfect is not necessary as well. Be confident and be yourself. “I won my first title with tattoos, and YES, I am a model, a pageant winner, & even a model with tattoos”, says Sage.
Sage feels mentioning something unique about herself feels egotistic. Therefore, she decided to tell us a few fun facts about herself instead. Some fun facts about Sage is that she is a night owl who loves crystals, and she hopes to do something that helps the world one day. She has no favorite color, loves cats, can shake her eye pupil, has her sister’s name tattooed on her arm, and is a cat lover.
